- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I purchased a mirror from tilemaze but found it was to big I then tried to return the unopened mirror back to them and despite it was completely still wrapped in its original packing and I had the receipt the manager who remained hidden in a cupboard completely refused to refund my money or have the decency to come out and explain his decision. The staff are both cowardly and arrogant and I cant understand how this shop can remain in business. I would definitely not recommend this money grabbing pit to anyone.
