- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I hesitate to give this so called letting agent even one star. My partner and I have tried calling to arrange viewings on two occasions for separate properties (the calls were answered by different people). Both times we found the staff curt and very unhelpful. We felt as though they talked down to us and we had wasted their time by calling.
We have submitted four e-mails requesting further information on different properties but we have never received a response.
We no longer submit enquiries if we see Pooks are the managing agent.
I would not recommend Pooks to prospective landlords our tenants.By Admin, December 07, 2020
