- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Machines not always reliable. I was left with a double duvet absolutely soaking because the machine did not spin although put on the correct cycle. Did not have any more money with me to get the duvet spun. There was no one available to contact for three hours. The floor and benching were absolutely soaking and I had to put up wet floor signs. On getting through to the manager they did offer to re do the duvet as a good will gesture! Dont know why it is a good will gesture when the process didnt work? Took three trips to the laundrette to get item back successfully. Member of staff quite accusing saying I had obviously put it on the wrong programme, I have used these machines before. Contacted the owners of the business and they have not replied. Poor for service, care and reliability.By Admin, April 02, 2017
