- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I understand you are very buy but today I have spent the best part of two hours holding on the phone. I did manage to get through to an admin after leaving an answer phone message. On speaking with the admin i was told that they could not book appointments to say I am a little upset is an understatement. When people try to make contact with you it is because they or someone close to them needs advice as a matter of urgency. There should be an appointments booking system on line . Most enquiries need advice the minority are after an appointment. I am now just about to try your on line chat to see if I can get any closer to getting an appointment. But the way things are going it will take me a full two days to get one.By Admin, June 16, 2019
